My husband and I were at wits end when the made the initial contact with your office. My husband had been in the hospital five times in the past year. Needless to say, he was only able to work a few times in that period. I wrestled with the medical bills and our credit card debt trying to pay the minimums. It became too much and we found we were unable to meet those minimums. I contacted the credit card companies trying to get them to work with us and lower the interest rates so that we could continue to pay them. We were surprised to find that they were unwilling to do this. We contacted your office at this time.
I was depressed, angry and ashamed to think that we needed to file bankruptcy. You [...] treated us with the highest level of respect and assured us that this was the right thing to do. I was very impressed with the way this matter was handled swiftly and efficiently. Those phone calls from creditors were driving us crazy and it was such a relief for them to cease.
